NAHMA HUD Update: HUD Publishes COVID-19 & CDC Eviction Order FAQs and Financial Statement Extension
Please see the update below from HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing, providing updated FAQs on the pandemic, FAQs on CDC Eviction Order Extension, and the Financial Statements Submission Extension.

We also posted Q&As related to the CDC order to temporarily halt residential evictions, including its extension until June 30, 2021.
The Office of Housing has issued a global extension for all financial statements submitted through the FASS-FHA system with a due date from October 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. Owners with due dates that fall within that range will now have until June 30, 2021 to file their financial statements. This applies to both audited and unaudited year end submissions.
