This Luncheon & Business Meeting will focus on something we all need to be aware of: Living Under the Radar—Where Active Shooters, Mass Violence Producers and I.E.D.'s Live.
The presentation is designed to educate those who work in the Residential Rental Community on everyday household items that have been used in the Nation’s Largest Terrorist Attacks. This session will be interactive with the audience to hold and understand why everyday household items, when gathered in mass, can be a sign someone has bad intentions. Cost is $45 for PennDel AHMA members and $55 for non-members. The fee is an allowable operating expense.
