The training will include 515 and .538 properties, VAWA, budgets, compliance inspections, MPR Program, and developing an AFMHP.

Presenter: Amanda Lee Gross
Amanda Lee Gross has 18 years of hard-won, real-world knowledge and experience in all aspects of the affordable housing industry. She began her career as a site manager, eventually rising to the position of compliance director for a multi-state, 5,000+ unit property management company. She leveraged that experience to become a highly skilled, nationally recognized trainer in Fair Housing, LIHTC, Rural Development, HUD, and HOME. Over the last nine years, she has conducted hundreds of trainings nationwide and has provided consulting services to state housing finance agencies, public housing authorities, management companies, and developers.
Ms. Gross is a featured speaker at numerous industry events. She also provides custom-tailored training private organizations that understand that highly trained staff are more effective and better able to protect the assets and the reputation of the company. She also works in a consulting capacity, advising clients in the development of their policies and procedures, optimizing project compliance performance and addressing audit findings. Her areas of expertise focus on LIHTC, USDA/Rural Development Rental Housing Program, HUD Multifamily, HOME, Tax-exempt Bond Compliance, Fair Housing, and VAWA.

Registration and payment must be received by August 1, 2019. Fees and reasonable expenses for the course may be an approved project expense. Cancellation Policy: Registration Fees will be refunded less a $50 processing charge if received in writing 10 days prior to the seminar. Substitutions, but no refunds, can be made after that date.
