This session will discuss reasonable accommodations and modifications, with a focus on assistance animals, starting with a general overview of the law, and then using real world examples, complaints and court cases to demonstrate the pitfalls with such requests, and how to avoid them.

Speaker
David C. Zerbato, Esquire is the Managing Partner at Morton, Valihura & Zerbato, LLC, and a graduate of Georgetown University and Widener University School of Law. He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2011, the Pennsylvania bar in 2013, and the Maryland bar in 2019. David’s practice has been focused on representing residential and commercial property owners, management companies, condominium associations, homeowner associations and manufactured home communities in all matters including fair housing claims, as well as debt collection, bankruptcy matters, and civil litigation.
