Subject: NAHMA USDA Update: USDA Rural Development Issues Frequently Asked Questions for Multi-Family Housing Tenants May 6, 2020
Dear NAHMA Members,
Today, the USDA Rural Development’s Office of Multi-Family Housing has published a list of Frequently Asked Questions designed for tenants in Section 514 and Section 515 housing, titled Multi-Family Housing Tenants: Frequently Asked Questions. The FAQs are also available in Spanish - Inquilinos de Viviendas Multifamiliares: Preguntas Frecuentes.
The Office of Multi-Family Housing strongly encourages property owners and management agents of Section 514 and Section 515 properties to distribute these FAQs to tenants electronically when possible, as well as post in common areas.
The Multi-Family Housing Tenants: Frequently Asked Questions are attached and can be found HERE. The Spanish language FAQs are also attached and can be found HERE.
Kind regards,
Michal
